Combining the 12-Step Program With Spiritual Support

At SCMM Spiritual Support Nonprofit Corp. in Riverside, CA, our substance abuse treatment is rooted in the belief that faith is integral to the healing process. We use the 12-step program and Bible teachings to help people rediscover their purpose and build a strong foundation for a healthy and sober future.

Spiritual Support Disclosure

The Spiritual Support Division is under the Umbrella of "Substance Control Medical Management LLC".  This Spiritual Support written disclosure and Mission Statement is to be read to all clients prior to the beginning of support sessions.  Thereafter, a copy of this disclosure and our Mission statement will be provided to every client.


Rev. Eddie McGhee, Rev Michael Johnson and Elder Larry Carter will conduct Sessions for all clients that are referred to our Division.  Spiritual Support Sessions usually last from 20 to 30 minutes and are held Mondays through Fridays by appointment only between 10:00am-6:30pm.


Clients are assessed prior enrollment into Spiritual Support.  There are "no fees for Spiritual Support," However, we ask for donations from our clients that are employed in order to continue our mission.  Our sessions are offered to all of our clients, employed or not.


Due to COVID-19, our current sessions are "Virtual only".  For clients requesting Letters to be written to their Probation Officers, Attorney or Courts, there is a $10:00 charge.  Tax write-offs are available from SCMM as requested by the Client.  All donations qualify as a Tax write offs for Expenses.
